The service

The Sprite Checklist is a free, fan-made tool for tracking Fortnite Sprite collections. It is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and the underlying game data changes as Epic Games updates Fortnite.

Your data and progress

By default your collection is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. We are not responsible for lost progress caused by clearing browser data, switching devices, or browser issues. Use a backup code, a share link, or the optional Cloud Sync (see below) if you want to preserve or move your collection.

Cloud Sync, accounts and payment

Cloud Sync is an optional feature. To sign in or buy the sync unlock you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have a parent's or guardian's permission to use these features, including permission for any purchase made using a payment method they authorise.

The sync unlock is a one-time $3.99 purchase processed by our merchant-of-record payment provider, who handles billing and any applicable taxes. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. See our pricing page for full details. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account page.

Billing and refunds

The checklist itself is completely free. No payment is ever required to track your collection, use share links, or read any page on this site — so for the free tool there is nothing to bill and refunds do not apply.

The only paid item is the optional Cloud Sync unlock ($3.99, one-time). It is a digital service that is delivered and activated immediately after payment. Because delivery is instant, purchases are generally non-refundable once sync has been activated, except in the following cases:

• A purchase made by a child without the required parental consent — we will refund it and disable or remove the account where appropriate.
• Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges — refunded on request.
• The service not working: if sync cannot be activated for your account and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the purchase.
• Refunds required by law: nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

To request a refund, email support@spritechecklist.org from the Google account email you purchased with, within 14 days of the purchase, and include the approximate purchase date. Refunds are issued through the original payment method by our payment provider.

Acceptable use

Please don't abuse the site — no attempts to disrupt or overload the service, probe or circumvent its security or payment gating, scrape it at scale, upload unlawful content through any feature, or use the site for anything unlawful. The tool is for personal, non-commercial use.

Consequences of violations. If you violate these terms we may, depending on the severity, take any of the following actions: issue a warning; rate-limit, suspend, or permanently terminate your access to Cloud Sync or your account; delete data associated with the abusive activity; or block your access to the site entirely. Where a violation involves fraud, payment abuse, or other unlawful activity, we may report it to the payment provider and the relevant authorities. If an account is terminated for a serious violation, any fee already paid is not refunded except where a refund is required by applicable law. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, billing and refunds, limitations) survive it.

Fortnite, Sprites, and related names and images are trademarks and/or copyrighted works of Epic Games, Inc. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc. This site is an unofficial fan project created to help players organize their own collections, and any game imagery is used for that identification purpose.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
