The Batman Sprite is a Mythic companion that arrived in the v41.20 update on July 16, 2026, alongside the DC-themed Hot Bat Summer event. It is exactly what it sounds like: the caped crusader reimagined as a pocket-sized Sprite, cowl, utility belt and all. As a Mythic it sits in the rarest tier of the pool, and summoning it from your collection costs 7,500 Sprite Dust.

One honest caveat: Epic has not officially revealed the Batman Sprite's passive ability yet. We are confirming it in-game and will update this page the moment the effect is verified — treat any specific ability claims you see elsewhere as unconfirmed for now.

How to Get the Batman Sprite

The Batman Sprite drops from the same sources as other companions: Sprite Chests give the best odds (they guarantee an Epic-or-better Sprite or a higher-rarity variant), with regular chests and Rare Chests as long shots. Mythic Sprites are extremely rare finds, and no official drop rate has been published for it yet.

As always, a find only counts once you extract it — carry it to an Extraction Site, use a Portable Extractor, or win the match. Losing a Mythic before extraction stings, so play your exit carefully.

All Batman Sprite Variants

Unusually for a brand-new Sprite, the Batman Sprite launched with five collectable finishes on day one: Normal, Gold (3x bonus Sprite XP from eliminations), Gummy (+20% Sprite Dust on extraction), Galaxy (+30% ammo on pickup), and a live Holofoil that gives your whole squad a 5% chance to find rare Sprites from containers. Gem, Cube, and Quack finishes exist in the data but are not obtainable.

A five-row Mythic family is the single hardest completion project on the current checklist — a full Batman set will be genuine bragging rights.

Is the Batman Sprite Worth Chasing?

For collectors, this is the headline chase of v41.20: a crossover Mythic with five live finishes and event-limited buzz around the Hot Bat Summer. Until the ability is confirmed we cannot rank its combat value, so chase it for the collection first and the passive second. If the effect lands strong, early copies will feel even better; if it lands weak, a Mythic crossover Sprite is still a prestige piece.
